Regular Follow-Ups: Stay In Touch With Existing Leads And Follow Up Regularly To Convert Them Into Buyers. Data Management: Maintain Accurate Records Of All Calls, Customer Feedback, And Next Action Steps In Excel Or Crm Software. Languages : Hindi, Gujarati

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
