Vex cafe is hiring a Cafe Manager in Ludhiana. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Oversee Operations In Hotels, Restaurants, Or Event Spaces To Deliver Excellent Service. Manage Staff, Coordinate Budgets, And Ensure Compliance With Standards. Implement Strategies To Improve Guest Satisfaction And Business Performance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• You will resolve guest concerns politely and quickly.
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Food & beverage service, Communication, Guest service, Hygiene standards
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone service-minded and energetic
