What you will do

As a Recovery & Collections Agent, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
