Your responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹11,500 – ₹13,000 per month.

• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Sales
