Handle Customer Calls For Phonepe & Sbi Services Resolve Queries, Complaints, And Transaction Issues Guide Customers On App Usage And Troubleshooting Maintain Records And Escalate Complex Issues When Needed. Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Hindi

Your responsibilities

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
