**Customer Support Specialist (Inbound)** Work From Office | 6 Days/Weekhandle Inbound Customer Calls, Answer Queries, Schedule Client Meetings, Update Crm, And Coordinate Appointments. Good English & Hindi Communication And Basic Computer Skills Required. Freshers With Excellent Communication Can Apply. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, International | Languages : English

Day-to-day work

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Inbound, International
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
