A new Billing Executive role is open at Vichardhara Consultancy Pvt ltd, Sewri, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Prepare And Generate Invoices, Debit Notes, And Credit Notesmaintain Accurate Billing Records And Documentationpass Daily Accounting Entries In Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments)Reconcile Customer And Vendor Accountstrack Outstanding Payments And Follow Up When Requiredassist In Gst Calculations And Return Filinghandle Billing. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally, GST, TDS | Taxation

Your responsibilities

• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• You'll coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Gst, Tally, Taxation and Tds
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally, GST, TDS
• Taxation
• Someone organised and numerate
