Candidate Will Coordinate With Landlords Of Bank Atm Locations Regarding Lease Renewals, Rental Agreements And Related Documentation. This Is A Professional Office-Based Calling Profile With No Sales, No Marketing And No Field Work. Good Communication Skills And Basic Computer Knowledge Are Preferred.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
