Vikas disabled charitable trust is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join its team in Peenya, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month.

Lead And Oversee Sales Teams To Achieve Organizational Targets. Develop Strategies, Monitor Performance, And Provide Coaching To Team Members. Analyze Market Trends And Adjust Plans For Optimal Results. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with CRM, Negotiation, Lead generation, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and target-driven
