Vikas Infraventures is looking for an Office Administrator to join its team in Hansapuri, Nagpur. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
