Managing Recruitment And Interview Coordination For Contractor Manpower Handling Joining, Onboarding, And Employee Documentation Formalities Maintaining Attendance, Leave Records, And Manpower Reports Coordinating Contractor Labour Deployment And Workforce Management At Site Preparing Hr Documents Including Offer Letters, Appointment Letter. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Screening, Recruitment and Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude
