Should Have Experience In Tally Prime. Handle Payment Follow-Ups With Branch Sales Teams, Maintain Customer Accounts, Outstanding Balances And Payment Records. Coordinate With Accounts & Sales Teams And Share Collection Reports. Ensure Timely Recovery Of Dues. Good Communication, Negotiation, Follow-Up, Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Un. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Someone persuasive and trustworthy
