We Are Hiring A Field-Oriented Franchise Performance Manager To Oversee And Improve The Performance Of Our Automobile Detailing Franchise Outlets In Chennai. The Role Involves Regular Visits To Franchise Locations To Ensure Sop Compliance, Maintain Service Quality, And Drive Revenue Through Ppf, Coatings, And Add-On Services. The Candidate Will Coordinate With Franchise Owners, Technicians, And The Head Office Team, Monitor Inventory And Push Timely Product Orders, And Ensure Smooth Billing And Payment Follow-Ups. This Is A Hands-On Role Requiring Strong Field Execution, Problem-Solving Ability, And A Focus On Business Growth. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Manage Operations

Salary and benefits

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
