Preparing All Monthly Statutory Compliances (Pf Challan, Esic Challan, Uan No. Generation For Pf/Pt Challan & Return)Preparing Pf Esic Challan & Returns Monthly. Online Registration Of Pf, Esic, Mlwf & Pt. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS, Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
