A new Back Office Executive role is open at Viralkumar Prakashbhai Shah (Viral P Shah & Co), Changodar, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone detail-oriented and organised
