Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone calm under pressure and polite
