A Telecaller In An Immigration Firm Acts As The First Point Of Contact, Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls To Explain Visa, Study Abroad, And Immigration Services To Prospective Clients. They Are Responsible For Answering Inquiries, Scheduling Appointments For Senior Consultants, Maintaining Client Records In Crm Systems, And Following Up On Leads.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Active listening, CRM tools, Typing speed, Complaint handling
• Basic English
