• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Verbal communication, Active listening and Typing speed
• Basic English

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
