Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
