Procure Materials (Cables, Panels, Transformers, Solar Modules) For Epc Projects; Float Rfqs, Prepare Comparative Statements, Negotiate Pricing/Delivery/Payment Terms With Vendors; Onboard New Vendors/Oems; Manage Pos End-To-End; Coordinate With Project, Design, Stores And Accounts Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Email etiquette, Typing and Basic accounting
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
