What you will do

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, Verbal communication, Hindi and English, CRM tools
