Assistant Hr Manager

Vishwabharti Automobiles wants to bring on an Assistant Hr Manager for its Dumartarai, Raipur team. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, HRMS, Labour law basics, Screening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude
