Billing Assistant

Vishwakarma ply and glass and hardware is looking for a Billing Assistant to join its team in Bihar Digital World, Patna. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and accurate

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
