Vishwanjali Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Admin Incharge to join its team in Narhe, Pune. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹45,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing and Record keeping
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, organised attitude

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Salary

You will be paid ₹33,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
