Perform Daily And Periodic Bank Reconciliations. Maintain Accurate Books Of Accounts And Update Ledgers Regularly. Pass Journal Entries And Ensure Correct Classification Of Transactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Someone customer-first and patient

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
