Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Screening, Labour law basics and MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, good communicator attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
