Roles and responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Internet Surfing
• Male Only
