We Are Looking For An Hr Executive With 1 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations & Payroll. The Candidate Should Have Practical Knowledge Of Attendance Management, Salary Sheets, Payroll Processing, Pf & Esic, Joining & Exit Formalities, And Employee Documentation. Good Ms Excel, Communication, And Coordination Skills Are Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and organised

Salary

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
