Maintain Daily Employee Attendance And Operational Data. Perform Accurate Data Entry And Regular Data Verification. Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Mis Reports And Dprs. Collect And Consolidate Data From Multiple Sites. Coordinate With Supervisors To Resolve Data Discrepancies. Maintain Proper Records And Documentation. Ensure Timely Submission. Basic Excel, Internet Surfing, Advanced Excel | Skills Needed : Computer, Email

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹11,000 – ₹12,500 per month.
