Chit Fund Branch Manager With 5+ Years Experience. Handle Branch Operations, Team Management, Sales, Customer Acquisition, Collections And Monthly Business Targets. Chit Fund Experience Is Mandatory. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with KYC, Documentation, Compliance, MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
