Volzbe Services is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Rohini Sec 7, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. There are 20 open positions.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Financial products, MS Excel, KYC and Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, ethical attitude
