We Are Looking For A Hindi/Hinglish Speaking Whatsapp & Call Sales Executive / Inside Sales Closer For Astrovedansh.The Role Is To Handle Warm Leads Coming From Instagram, Facebook Ads, Whatsapp And Interakt, Understand Customer Needs, Suggest The Right Service Like Perfect Timing Report, Perfect Career Report, Numerology Report, Astrology Report Or Consultation, And Close Payments Through Call/Chat Follow-Ups.Responsibilities Include Handling Whatsapp Messages And Calls, Sharing Payment Links, Confirming Orders, Updating Google Sheet/Crm/Interakt, Giving Daily Sales/Follow-Up Reports, And Patiently Clearing Customer Doubts.Good Hindi/Hinglish Communication, Basic Google Sheets Knowledge, Sales/Customer Support Experience, And Target-Oriented Mindset Are Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales, Inbound | Marketing | Languages : English, Hindi

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
