Vrishabh Textiles wants to bring on an Assistant Production Manager for its Saroli, Surat team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage Daily Production Activities And Ensure Smooth Operations, Monitor Production Targets And Achieve Output As Per Schedule, Ensure Proper Manpower Planning And Shift Management, Reduce Wastage And Improve Production Efficiency, Nsure Timely Dispatch And Production Completion. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Quality control, 5S, Safety norms, Reading drawings
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone process-oriented and hard-working

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• You'll reduce wastage and improve line efficiency.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records
• Support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor
• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
