Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Executive Responsible For Managing Client Relationships, Maintaining Customer Databases, Handling Inquiries, Coordinating With Sales Teams, Tracking Leads, And Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication, Follow-Ups, And Timely Resolution Of Client Issues. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | KYC | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Kyc, Real Estate
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are self-motivated and persuasive

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
