The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Preparing Authentic South Indian Dishes Such As Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, Sambhar, And Chutneys While Maintaining Quality And Consistency. Key Responsibilities Include Managing Kitchen Staff, Ensuring Hygiene And Food Safety Standards, Handling Inventory, And Maintaining Timely Service. The Role Also Involves Menu Planning, Controlling Food Costs, And Supervising Daily Kitchen Activities. Candidates Must Have Strong Leadership Skills And Hands-On Experience In High-Volume Kitchens. Eligibility

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• You'll welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service.
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• You will keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹38,000 per month.
