Administrative Receptionist

Vshreshta Academy is looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join its team in Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
