Vsquare Groups wants to bring on a Secretary / Executive Assistant for its Saligramam, Chennai team. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

We Are Looking For A Highly Organised And Proactive Personal Assistant (Pa) To Support The Managing Director In Handling Daily Administrative, Business, And Executive Activities. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication, Planning, And Coordination Skills To Manage Office Reports, Business Meetings, Supplier Interactions, And Execu. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• Keep simple daily records of your work

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Time management, Basic computer use, Teamwork, Communication
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well organised and reliable

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
