Way2Print Private Limited is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹16,000/month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally, Computer, Email
• MS Power Point, Advanced Excel, MS Word
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
