Key Responsibilities Include Providing Basic Travel Information, Arranging Appointments, Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, Basic accounting, MS Office
