Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Verbal communication, Active listening and CRM tools
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone customer-first and patient

Salary

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
