A Personal Loan Sales Executive Drives Revenue By Identifying, Acquiring, And Managing Customers For Personal Loan Products. Key Responsibilities Include Generating Leads, Explaining Loan Terms (Roi, Emi), Collecting Documentation, Assessing Eligibility, And Closing Sales To Meet Targets. They Are Key To Ensuring A Smooth, Compliant End-To-End Loan.

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Complaint handling, Active listening and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
