Hiring Business Development Executive (Bde) For An It Services Company In Bengaluru. Role Includes Field Sales, Lead Generation, Client Meetings, And Closing Deals For It & Digital Marketing Services. Kannada & English Communication Is Mandatory. Salary: 3.5 Lpa Fixed + 2.5 Lpa Variable. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Customer handling, Lead generation and CRM
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and target-driven

Key responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Compensation

You will be paid ₹27,000 – ₹29,000 per month.
