Account Assistant

Welldone integrated Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an Account Assistant to join its team in Thane West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Employer’s description

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable, GST and Tally
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are accurate and organised

What you will do

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
