Daily Center Operations Jaise Staff Scheduling Aur Client Appointments Handle Karo. Service Quality Ensure Karo, Inventory Manage Karo Aur Customer Concerns Ko Resolve Karo. Revenue Badhane Ke Kaam Karo. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of KYC, Customer acquisition, Financial products and MS Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
