Provide Direct Administrative And Executive Support To The Director.Manage The Director'S Calendar, Appointments, Meetings, And Business Travel Arrangements.Handle Emails, Phone Calls, Correspondence, And Confidential Communications.Prepare Meeting Agendas, Minutes Of Meetings (Mom), Reports, Presentations, And Official Documents.Coordinate Wit. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Basic accounting, MS Office and Record keeping
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
