Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Recruitment Officer, your work will include:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, HRMS, Recruitment and Labour law basics
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
