Westfield Pest Control is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

What the job involves

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• A dependable, well spoken attitude
