We Are Looking For A Smart And Presentable Receptionist / Admin Executive To Manage Front Desk Operations And Handle Basic Administrative Tasks. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Email etiquette, MS Office, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
