What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
