Wgc Exports Private Limited is looking for a Procurement Manager to join its team in Ultadanga, Kolkata. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

What you will do

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What you get

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Manage Operations, Procurement, Quality Control, Quotation Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
